Daily Workout

So I just finished my workout.  Today I did an hour  ( I was hoping for an hour and half but just didn’t make it  =\   )    I did Shoulders, Arms, and Abs.   I also did an hour of gardening (Do this count?! Haha, if so, then 2 hours  XD  j/k)  Anyway!  The gardening was me digging with a shovel, huge holes, so I did get a good sweat.   But I got 6 pepper plants planted.  I’ll need to post pics when I get the time.

My recovery drink after working out:

(I love smoothies, btw)

1 Cup of raw spinach and kale mix

1 Cup of frozen fruit  (Banana, raspberry, strawberry mixture)

1 Cup Almond milk

1/2 Cup Plain greek yogurt (I love Fage!)

1 Tsp cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg mix

1 Tbsp Flax Seed

1/2 Tbsp honey

Total Calories:  360

I do drink the whole thing, I use it as a recovery drink/meal. But you can definitely split this. Sorry I have no pictures of my drink, but It’s ugly, but it taste great. Lol!
